Hmm now this one, part one of the rehearsal day is actually all fiction. The only elements of fact are the descriptions of the inside of the wedding reception and the church which are based on a wedding I went to in the US once.
The only bit which lies a little bit in the fact is that feeling when you wake up and don't entirely remember what happened the night before!
